Bathroom with 'shower bath' (standard length bath with large curved shower area with electric shower over), WC and basin. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric woodburning effect stove. Amenities Oil fired central heating throughout, additional heating from electric woodburning effect stove in living area. Electric fan oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, stereo/CD player etc. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
