The Property: Egton Cottage A cosy, single storey cottage situated on the edge of the village of Ruswarp, just two miles from Whitby and the Yorkshire Coast. The property is one of a group, which is set on a hillside with panoramic views stretching from the dramatic ruins of Whitby Abbey to the North York Moors inland. Converted from an old farm building, Egton Cottage has been tastefully refurbished to offer cosy and comfortable accommodation. A relaxing base for exploring this lovely area! Accommodation All ground floor.
1 x double bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Comfortable open plan living area with fitted kitchen and sitting/dining room with gas fire. Amenities Full gas central heating with additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking. Large lawned areas and sheltered courtyard with seat. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 15 minutes walk. Note: The cottage is at the top of a hill and may be inaccessible when it snows. Note: This property does not accept children under the age of 18 years or infants.
